Le Musée Leeum abrite des oeuvres traditionnelles et contemporaines d'artistes coréens et internationaux. Le musée lui même est tout aussi fascinant que les oeuvres qu'il abrite puisque ses trois bâtiments ont été conçus par trois architectes de renom, Mario Botta, Jean Nouvel et Rem Koolhaas.

Le Musée 1 abrite les oeuvres traditionnelles coréennes telles que calligraphies, céramiques, peintures, etc. tandis que le Musée 2 abrite des oeuvres modernes et contemporaines d'artistes coréens et étrangers.

C’est l’un des lieux que les “premières dames du G20” à Séoul ont visité en Novembre 2010. Cette attraction incarne toute la beauté et le charme de la Corée.

Des visites guidées en anglais se tiennent le samedi et dimanche.
