Located on the first floor of the National Palace Museum of Korea, Gogung Tteurak consists of a museum shop and a café. It is open from 09:00 to 18:00 during the weekdays and up to 21:00 on Wednesdays and Saturdays. It operates without closing days as of January 1, 2017.

Veteran Kalguksu, located in Jeonju Hanok Village, has been operating since 1977, attesting to the great taste of their broth, made using sesame, meal, and eggs. The Korean beef raised on pegmatite (a rock that contains beneficial minerals to the human body), also known as "medicine stone" or yakdol in Korea, is known to have a superior taste because it contains low-fat content and is good for your health.
