The Dongnaeeupseong History Festival offers an immersive experience of the history and culture of Dongnaeeupseong Walled Town, where the Battle of Dongnaeseong Fortress took place against the Japanese army during the Imjin War in 1592. Highlights include a musical dramatizing the patriotic spirit of the Dongnae Governor during the battle and various hands-on experiences, such as participating as Dongnae citizens using traditional Joseon-era coins.

Cheongsapo Daritdol Observatory (청사포 다릿돌전망대)

Cheongsapo Daritdol Observatory, which opened on September 17, 2017, is located in the middle of the closed railroad of the Donghae Nambu Line from Mipo to Songjeong. It is 20 meters high from the sea level, 72.5 meters long toward the sea, and 3 to 11.5 meters wide. A half-moon-shaped transparent floor is installed at the end of the observatory, allowing visitors to feel the thrill of walking on the sea. From right in front of the observatory to the marine lighthouse, visitors can enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery of Cheongsapo and as well as the view of sunrise and sunset while looking at Daritdol, which refers to five neatly lined up reefs.

Geumgang Park is a park located at the foot of Geumjeongsan Mountain, near the Dongnae Hot Springs Area. A cable car is available for visitors to ascend Geumjeongsan Mountain, offering panoramic views of downtown Busan. Hurshimchung is a large-scale hot spring facility using natural hot spring water and lit by natural lighting through the ceiling. Known for its magnesium-rich hot spring water, it is believed to be beneficial for conditions such as neuralgia, cut wounds, back pain, and muscle aches. The facility includes large hot spring baths, saunas, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and massage shops. The hot spring baths feature various event baths using natural bathing ingredients and medicinal herb depending on the season. There are also various types of saunas, including charcoal sauna and red clay sauna.

Amnam Park (부산 암남공원)

The magnificent cliffs and tree-lined seaside views of Amnam Park bring the harmony of the bluish-green waters and the forested landscape together. Originally a protected area, entrance was not permitted until its opening to the public in 1996, when visitors could first experience the untouched landscape. Now, visitors can fish, explore the observatory, and enjoy the walking path and the elevated bridge. The abundunt pine trees along the walking path make for a pleasant stroll while the path up to the observatory offers great views. If it is fishing that you want, here you can fish on the ocean as well as off the fantastically shaped rocks. There is also a famous road to go for a drive, leading from Songdo Beach to Amnam Park. This drive takes approximately 5 minutes, but it takes about 20 minutes on foot.

Busan Marine Natural History Museum (부산해양자연사박물관)

Opened on June 10, 1994, the Busan Marine Natural History Museum is the first and largest museum of its kind in Korea. The museum features some 25,000 marine specimens from over 100 countries around the world, including rare living species and those native to Korea. The museum opened a second exhibition hall in April 2003, and launched the Busan Fishing Village Folk Museum on February 23, 2007.
