Celebrated annually since 1987, Insa-dong Traditional Culture Festival is a feast of Korean culture and art, hosted by the Traditional Culture Preservation Society and the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism. The festival features an international folk festival, parade, and singing contest. Street events include ceramic art demonstrations, portrait drawings by street artists, and making traditional rice cakes.

Located inside the Korea Tourism Organization Seoul Center, HiKR Ground is a Korean tourism publicity center where visitors can experience K-pop and view media art at the same time. The name "HiKR Ground" embodies the meaning that Korea (KR) will greet ("Hi") global tourists and become a playground. Notably, it provides Korean tourism content in multiple ways for the younger generation to enjoy. On the first floor, there is a space to enjoy various media arts through the large media screen HiKR Wall, where visitors can see "Landscape of the New City" by media artist Lee Lee-nam, and Korean tourism videos submitted by global hallyu fans. On the second floor, visitors can make their own K-pop music videos using the XR Live Studio. At the window facing the restored Cheonggyecheon Stream, there is a mesmerizing artwork called ''North Wall'' by installation artist Suh Do-ho. On the third and fourth floors, visitors can get immersed in Korean local tourism through various arts, experiences, and exhibitions.

Insa-dong PR Center opened in 2006 with the goal of providing accessible education for both domestic and international visitors to understand Korean traditions and history. It was built in what was once the private residence for Prince Uichin (1877-1955), one of the sons of Emperor Gojong (1852-1919).

Insa-dong PR Center also introduces the traditions and culture of Insa-dong, and provides tour pamphlets and tourist assistance in multiple languages (English, Japanese and Chinese). Visitors can try on hanbok (traditional costumes) and enjoy Wi-Fi within the facility.

Inwangsan Mountain Chosochaekbang is a bakery and book café located along the trail of Inwangsan Mountain, remodeled from an old police station. Started in Jeonju in 2012, Hanboknam strived to promote the beauty of hanbok, earning recognition by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2015. Following this, Hanboknam opened a hanbok exhibition and rental shop in the Bukchon area of Seoul in 2016. The shop provides customers with numerous styles of hanbok, from royalty to beggars. The rental shop also offers various accessories to pair with the different hanbok for a complete look.
