Haebial Pool Villa is a pension on Anmyeondo Island, Taean, Chungcheongnam-do. Passing behind the accommodation is Noeul-gil, one of Taean’s famous coastal trails, where guests can take long walks through beautiful coastal woodland; while in front of the pension is Bangpo Beach and the blue West Sea, where guests can enjoy beach life, sea bathing, and spectacular sunsets. Cheollipo Arboretum is located on the tip of the Taean peninsula, and was founded by Min Byung-gal (Carl Ferris Miller), the "blue-eyed Korean." Min purchased the land in 1962 and starting in 1970, many trees were planted in earnest. At that time, the park was only open to experts in related fields and members who helped fund the arboretum. In 2009, select sections of the arboretum were finally opened to the general public. The arboretum features more than 16,830 kinds of plants (as of October 2022), including holly, magnolia, camelia, and maple trees, as well as five varieties of Rose of Sharon, the national flower.

Bangpo Susan serves hoe (sliced raw fish) made with fresh seafood chosen from the massive fish tanks in the shop. Bangpo Susan is located between Kkotji Beach and Bangpo Port, where one can enjoy fresh hoe (sliced raw fish) with a view of the sea.

Cheollipo Beach is among the many beaches located within Taeanhaean National Park. It is located 2 kilometers north of Mallipo Beach, a well-known beach in Taean. Another 2 kilometers north is Baengnipo Beach. The beaches in the park are characterized by shallow waters that are 1~2 meters deep with a 1-kilometer beach shore. In particular, Cheollipo Beach is noted as an amazing sunset spot, making it a popular attraction regardless of swimming season.

Kkotji Beach, located in beautiful Anmyeon, features a 5 kilometer stretch of white sand, and attractions like Halbaebawi and Halmaebawi Rocks (Grandpa & Grandma Rocks). Halmaebawi Rock is said to have once been a real woman, Mido, who lived during the Silla period. Her husband was sent on business and never returned. Mido sat by the ocean every day waiting for his return, eventually turning into a stone. Further out to sea, there is a large rock, which naturally earned the nickname of Halbaebawi. Many visitors come to Kkotji Beach all year round to enjoy the beautiful view, and take walks along the beach. The sunset scenery has also become a favorite for photographers.

Their ganjang kkotgejang (soy sauce marinated crab) is prepared by marinating crabs in sauce seasoned with salted oyster extract for a year and then further seasoned with garlic, ginger, and other spices, resulting in a rich and savory flavor. They also offer dishes like kkotgetang (spicy blue crab stew) and yangnyeom gejang (spicy marinated crab), and eoriguljeot (salted oysters) are served as a side dish. Seosan is known for its bay, providing an ideal habitat for blue crabs.
