This bakery cafe is located on the second floor of a commercial wing attached to the Olympic Village Apartments, located across from Olympic Park’s Rose Plaza. The spacious  cafe features naturally fermented bread made with organic flour and seats looking out the window. The interior is modern and open, with plenty of seats for long stays. Naturally fermented bread here includes Hongguk rice bread, salt bread, and cream cheese and fig bread. Bread is baked from 08:00 to midday. Visitors can find a timetable for the different kinds of bread served in this cafe in order to make plans in advance to get freshly-baked bread.

Originally opened in Pimatgol Alley (a narrow alley connecting the two main roads of Jongno and Namdaemun-ro, which was frequented by horse riders during the Joseon period) in 1939, Hanilkwan is said to be the originator of Seoul-style bulgogi and has featured multiple times in Michelin Guides. It relocated to Apgujeong when Pimatgol Alley underwent redevelopment. Aside from its main branch at Apgujeong, it also has branches in Yeongdeungpo, Euljiro, Gwanghwamun Gate, and Hanam, Gyeonggi-do. Unlike the more conventional grilled bulgogi, which grills marinated meat on fire, bulgogi here is Seoul-style bulgogi served as a hot pot-like dish. The restaurant also serves other menus like Seoul-style cold buckwheat noodles, galbi soup, and mung bean pancakes.

Deongnim Sanchae Sikdang is a tile-roof restaurant located next to the parking lot of Songnisan Mountain’s Beopjusa Tourist Complex. It serves sanchae jeongsik (wild vegetable dish set menu) made with mushrooms and vegetables sourced from Songnisan Mountain, deodeok gui jeongsik (grilled deodeok set menu), beoseot jjigae jeongsik (mushroom jjigae set menu), sanchae bulbaek jeongsik (wild vegetable and bulgogi set menu), bibimbap, and haemul pajeon (seafood and green onion pancake). The restaurant is close to tourist sites like Songnisan Sculpture Park, Orisup Trail, and Beopjusa Temple.

Representative menu items include Rose & Litchi Madeleine, which has a subtle rose scent and attractive litchi flesh, and Nurung Madeleine, which combines cream cheese and scorched rice toppings. Brûlée Madeleines with a luxurious vanilla scent and Truffle Madeleines with a truffle scent are also popular because they are not commonly seen elsewhere. Café Dior is a café located on the rooftop of “House of Dior,” the flagship store of the luxury brand Dior. It has indoor seats decorated with bling-bling motifs of traditional Korean patterns and terrace seats with an ambience that resemble a resort overseas. The various dessert menus that are almost too pretty to eat are a delight just to look at. Among them, the most recommended menu is the millefeuille citron, which combines layers of crispy millefeuille with a refreshing citrus scent. Caffé latte with the Dior logo “CD” design on the surface is popular as a “‘Dior coffee proof shot” on social media.
