La Universidad Femenina de Ehwa fue fundada en el año 1886 por Mary Scranton, la esposa de un misionero estadounidense de la iglesia cristiana metodista y fue la primera universidad femenina en Corea. Guesthouse Nuha is a ‘hanok’ or traditional Korean house consisting of four guestrooms located in Nuha-dong, Seochon (west of Gyeongbokgung Palace, Jongno, Seoul) where many Confucian scholars and artists lived during the Joseon Dynasty.
