Ulsan Onggi Festival is held annually in early May in Oegosan Onggi Village in Ulju-gun, renowned for its traditional onggi (earthenware)-making techniques. The sunrise along the East Coast can be viewed earliest at Cape Ganjeolgot in Daesong-ri, Uljin-gun.
