Naeyeonsan Bogyeongsa Municipal Park is a scenic area that encompasses both the historic Bogyeongsa Temple and the majestic Naeyeonsan Mountain. The Cheongsong Yasong Art Gallery opened on April 29, 2005. The art gallery exhibits 350 Korean paintings and pottery works of Yasong Lee Won-jwa, who is a traditional Korean painter native to Cheongsong. Also on display are around 50 works of noted painters and sculptors from in and out of Korea, and over 10,000 art books, all of which have been donated to the gallery. The two-story building was formerly Sinchon Primary School, which was remodeled into an art gallery after its closure.

Palpal Sikdang is a restaurant located north of Juwangsan National Park. The menu is simple with only three items: dak baeksuk (whole chicken soup), chicken wings, and chicken bulgogi. Dak baeksuk is a bowl of chicken porridge served with chicken. The restaurant’s chicken wings are a dish made only with barbequed chicken wings characterized by a crispy texture and rich seasoning. Chicken bulgogi is a dish of chicken mixed with red pepper paste seasoning and grilled on an iron plate. It goes well with vegetable wraps. It has a spicy taste but is not too spicy, so even children can enjoy it. By the restaurant’s entrance is a clean, drinkable mineral spring water that flows down from the mountains.

Jukdosan, a restaurant specializing in snow crab, is located in the middle of Daege (snow crab) Street at Gangguhang Port, Yeongdeok-gun. Samsa Marine Park is located south of Gangguhang Port, overlooking the expansive East Sea. Thanks to its picturesque beauty and various facilities, the park is a favorite weekend picnic spot for families. Major facilities include Theme Land, Happy Land, a performance hall, bungalows, restaurants, and stores. There is even an artificial waterfall and a 20 ton-rock carved with floral patterns that add to the park's unique beauty.

Located on the coast of the East Sea, Yeongdeok Crab Village is famous for its classical scholars, and its wonderful scenery, where the mountains meet the sea. The traditional fishing village is the home of Yeongdeok snow crab that was well-known from Goryeo dynasty (King Taejo) and also has a huge street for snow crabs, packed with around 100 shops selling crabs along the Gangguan Port. When the season for snow crabs arrives in November, lasting through May, the village is crowded with visitors from all over the world eager to try Yeongdeok snow crabs.
In addition, the location of the village gives visitors the opportunity to enjoy one of the most beautiful sea roads in Korea. In the area are also a sea fishing site, beaches, and water resort venues that are suitable for both recreation and relaxation.
