Johyun Gallery started as "Gallery World" in 1990 at Gwangan-ri Art Town in Busan by Jo Hyun. After that, the gallery moved to in front of Haeundae Paradise Hotel in 1999 and then it was rebuilt on Dalmaji-gil Hill near Haeundae Beach in June 2007.

The gallery operates exhibition halls on the first and second floor of the building, as well as an art shop at Busan Museum of Art on the first floor. It also has a branch in Apgujeong-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. This gallery focuses on expanding the world of art by working with international artists.

Dalmaji Road refers to the pass that connects Haeundae Beach with Songjeong Beach over Wausan Mountain. It is an 8 km-long coastal road lined with cherry and pine trees, offering a beautiful coast view and a perfect place for seaside drives. The summit of the pass has the Dalmaji Hill and the Haewoljeong Pavilion, which overlook the view of the Cheongsa Port and the sea. The road also has many cafés, restaurants, and galleries. The "moonrise at the Dalmaji Road" is not to be missed.

Cheongsapo Port is located on the right side near the end of Dalmaji Hill in the direction of Songjeong in Haeundae. Along with Gudeokpo Port and Mipo Port, Cheongsapo Port is among the three ports lined against the coastal shore between Haeundae and Songjeong. Cheongsapo Port is famous as a place to view beautiful sunrises and where quality seaweed can be found. The rocks scattered along the port's shore are crowded with fishers. Railroad tracks that run along the shoreline make the area even more special, known to be one of the only two railroad tracks in Korea to be situated near the sea. The area around the port gained popularity after appearing in a movie, and many restaurants have opened up, selling the freshest seafood.

Gwangalli SUP Zone is a space to make Gwangalli Beach the mecca of water sports. The peaceful waves of Gwangalli Beach makes it a perfect condition for people to ride Stand Up Paddleboard. After being designated as SUP Zone in 2020, the 400 meter area offers beach bar, beach bed, wind bed, SUP photo zone and more. In July and August, people who rent water leisure equipments can use reed parasol or beach bed for free. Busan Gwangandaegyo Bridge (Busan 66, also called Gwangan-daero) stretches over 7.4 kilometers from Namcheon-dong in Suyeong-gu, Busan to Centum City in U-dong, Haeundae-gu. It is the longest bi-level bridge over the ocean in Korea. DOMOHEON, the former residence of the Busan Mayor, was transformed into a cultural space and opened to the public in September 2024. The establishment includes a cultural space, shared office, café, lecture hall, meeting room, and various other convenience facilities. It also features a living garden, which is the first living garden in Busan. In the past, it was also referred to as the local Cheong Wa Dae creating an authoritative image.
