Oryukdo Sunrise Park (오륙도해맞이공원)

Oryukdo Sunrise Park, situated in the Yongho-dong area of Busan, offers a breathtaking view of the vast sea, especially in spring when the fields are covered with daffodils and canola flowers. Oryukdo Skywalk, a 15-meter-long glass bridge above the sea, provides the best view of Oryukdo Islets. This is also the place where the East Sea and the South Sea meet, known as Jallokgae or Seungdumal. Visitors can find a signboard below the skywalk marking the point where the east and south sea meet. From here, the Haeparang Trail stretches 770 kilometers along the East Sea and Namparang Trail stretches 1,463 kilometers along the South Sea.

Oryukdo Islets consists of six rocky islets located in the sea at the southern end of Igidae Park, appearing as either five or six depending on the tide. The islets, closest to the mainland, are named Bangpaeseom Island, Solseom Island, Suriseom Island, Songgotseom Island, Gulseom Island, and Deungdaeseom Island, with only the Deungdaeseom Island accessible to visitors. From the Oryukdo Skywalk at Oryukdo Sunrise Park, visitors can enjoy even better views of the islets.

Located in Sirang-ri, Gijang-gun, Wonjojipbul Gomjangeo Gijang Oegajip specializes in jipbul gomjangeo (straw-roasted hagfish). The use of straw imparts a distinct nutty flavor to the eel, making it a favorite among diners. Gijang Oegajib served as the pioneer, leading to the establishment of a cluster of sea eel restaurants in the Gongsu Village. The restaurant offers various dishes such as yangnyeom gomjangeo (grilled marinated hagfish), sogeum gui (grilled salted sea eel), gomjangeo maeuntang (spicy sea eel stew).

Busan Marine Natural History Museum (부산해양자연사박물관)

Opened on June 10, 1994, the Busan Marine Natural History Museum is the first and largest museum of its kind in Korea. Stretched out from Hwangryeongsan Mountain, Sinseondae Cliff is namely the most popular viewing spotl ocated in Busan's coastal area. Thanks to its geological location, the Sinseondae commends imcomparable ocean vista over many other small islets scattered around the bay area. The site is 4,121.707 ㎥, fairly flat and even therefore a perfect place for visitors to stroll around the area. An old folktale has it that, the name 'sinseon' (or Taoist in English) was given because the sacred people came to the mountain to rest and play, attracted by its spectacular view. The area has been highly appreciated by visitors for some hundreds of decades, and a documentary from one notable scholar from the Silla Era, Choi Chi-won, testifies the impressive looks from during his time.

Samgwangsa Temple annually holds its famous lantern festival, with over 40,000 lanterns to celebrate the birthday of Buddha. Visitors can see lanterns in a variety of colors and formations, including a tunnel, along with various events.
