Jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup) refers to a Chinese-Korean bowl of noodles served in a spicy soup with seafood and vegetables. The restaurant’s signature dish is its eponymous Taejongdae jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup with octopus), topped with a whole octopus.
