Its signature dish is naengchae jokbal (chilled braised pigs' feet salad), chilled braised pigs' feet tossed in sauce, which also serves as one of the defining dishes of Nampo-dong Food Street. Jungangsonguksu is a noodle restaurant with more than 50 years of tradition. All of the noodles served here are handmade, including udon noodles and buckwheat noodles.
