Bohemian Park I-Choo Coffee is where Korea's first-generation barista, Park I-Choo, lives. This is where Bohemian coffee took root in Gangneung in the 2000s and made Gangneung a city of coffee. The roasting method here is developed in Italy and Japan, so it does not produce much acidity. For those sensitive to coffee, it may feel a little strange.
