Gapyeong Naengmyeon Buson is renowned for its Pyeongyang-style memil guksu (buckwheat noodles) served in a light, clear broth. The restaurant's signature dish is the siraegi deulgireum makguksu (buckwheat noodles with dried radish leaf and perilla oil). Siraegi, made from dried cabbage leaves or radish leaves, are rich in vitamins. When placed on top of memil myeon (buckwheat noodles) and mixed with deulgireum (perilla oil) and soy sauce seasoning, it creates a uniquely delightful flavor. Complementing this dish are side servings of yeolmu kimchi (young summer radish kimchi) and tangy mujeorim (pickled radish). Additionally, their gamja jeon (potato pancake) is noteworthy for its savory taste and crispy texture.

Cheongpyeong Lake is an artificial lake that was formed with the construction of Cheongpyeong Dam in the Bukhangang River. Surrounding mountains and lake landscapes blend together harmoniously creating breathtaking views and is fast becoming a choice destination in Korea.

Near Cheongpyeong Lake there is an amusement park as well as numerous summer homes. On the nearby lake, one can enjoy water skiing and a host of other recreations. In addition, accommodation is also available making this destination a famous vacation spot all-year-round. Around Cheongpyeong Lake, there are a total of 30 boating areas for water skiing, motor boats, jet skis, banana boats, and various other water activities. The 10.8 m high statue of Pinocchio standing at the entrance is a photo point. If you go up to the observatory, you can see the back of the statue and the lake in the distance.

Petite France is a French cultural village set in the Korean countryside. Designed with the theme concept, "flowers, stars, and the Little Prince," the village offers experience programs, training facilities, and accommodations. Additional attractions within the village include a memorial hall dedicated to Saint-Exupery, the author of the celebrated French novel, Le Petit Prince (1943); Orgel House where a 200-year-old music box plays a sweet melody; a French housing exhibition; a gallery displaying sculptures and paintings of le coq gaulois (the Gallic rooster), the national symbol of France; and many other galleries and shops to experience French culture.
