Hwadam Botanic Garden is an eco-friendly arboretum located within Konjiam Resort in Gwangju, Gyeonggi-do, a 40-minute drive away from Seoul. Konjiam Resort is 4 kilometers and 40 minutes away from Gonjiam IC and Gangnam respectively, which is the most attractive feature of this ski resort. It is comprised of large-scale ski slopes, condominiums, a spa, botanical garden and other subsidiary facilities as a multi-complex premium resort.
Its slopes are designed widely for beginner, intermediate-skiers, and snowboarders. Icheon has emerged as a new spring destination thanks to the large colony of sansuyu trees in Baeksa-myeon. The path from downtown Icheon to Yeongwonsa Temple, located on Wonjeonksan Mountain, is lined on both sides with these beautiful yellow trees.

The village is a quiet place, with a narrow road just wide enough for two cars, and a peaceful stream running off to the side. However, every spring, the village is awakened by the many photographers and tourists who visit. The second most-visited season is autumn, when the sansuyu trees fill out with bright red berries.

Hwado Pureunmul Center Pianopokpo Falls (화도푸른물센터 피아노폭포)

Located within the Hwado Pureunmul Center, the 61-meter tall Pianopokpo Falls is an artificial waterfall. It is constructed with a steel frame and an artificial rock structure to mimic a cliff-like appearance. The waterfall operates by pumping water discharged from the sewage treatment plant, creating a cascading flow. Opposite the falls stands a building shaped like a piano, which has won the "Beautiful Restroom" grand prize. Additionally, an ecological park has been developed in front of the waterfall, offering a pleasant walking experience.
