Jamwon Hangang Park is a public recreation area on the Hangang River. Nearby attractions include athletic facilities (running tracks, soccer fields, basketball courts, etc.), various water sports facilities, and an 8.2-kilometer inline skating path. A bicycle path along the Hanfgang River, an outdoor swimming pool in summer, and a snow sledding center in winter are the most frequently used ones by may citizens. Jamwon was once a mulberry field, so there is also a thematic nature learning center that depicts the life of the silkworm.

D MUSEUM greets the general public with its catchphrase, “an art museum where daily life becomes art.” In 2021, the museum relocated to the area near Seoul Forest Park, so that it could accommodate more visitors in its space. The museum not only hosts exhibitions by prominent photographers like Nick Knight (NICK KNIGHT: IMAGE, 2016) and Linda McCartney (Linda McCartney Retrospective, 2014) but also leads the efforts to promote awareness among the general public through invitational exhibitions featuring up-and-coming artists. Its relocation to Seoul Forest Park was marked by the special exhibition “Romantic Days,” which garnered much interest among the visitors as a chance to meet the works of artists born in the ‘80s and the ‘90s.

Meal° (Seongsu) is a bakery located in front of Seongdong-gu Citizens' Sports Center, near Exit 1 of Seoul-forest Station (Suin–Bundang Line). Because the shop has no parking lot, visitors are advised to utilize buses, subways, and other public transportation when visiting. The shop itself is rather small, so it operates on a take-out-only basis. One can, however, opt to have the bread delivered. Signature menus include plain and rich bread, honey rusk, chocolate and honey rusk, cube custard, and strawberry jam bread. Other menus include scones, cube bread with streusel, and sandwiches. Korean Martyrs’ Museum was opened in October of 1967 as Jeoldusan Martyrs' Shrine, in memory of the Catholic martyrs who lost their lives during the Byeongin Persecution of 1866. The name of the museum changed to the current Korean Martyrs' Museum in August 2008. The museum displays artifacts and materials in exhibitions related to the Catholic Bishops' Conference of Korea.

Jeoldusan Martyrs' Shrine is the site where many Catholic believers were executed in 1866 due to persecution. In commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the martyrdom, the Korean Catholic Church opened the Memorial Hall in October 1967, exhibiting materials, relics, and souvenirs related to the Korean Catholic Church and operating a museum. Pope Johannes Paulus II visited the site in 1984, and Mother Teresa visited in 1985.
