Jiho Hanbang Samgyetang serves samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup). Samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) is a dish made by boiling chicken filled with ginseng, sweet rice, chestnuts, and dried jujube. It is often enjoyed as a pick-me-up in Korea.
