Dangjin Marine Tourism Organization, also known as Sapgyo Hamsang Park, is a unique theme park where old battleships have been turned into experience and exhibition halls. The park is comprised of a themed exhibition hall focused on the navy and marines, the inside and outside of military ships, flights and other exciting facilities, including a 4D video room, game center, carnival plaza, and indoor entertainment facility to help children admire and become intimate with the Navy and Marines. Sapgyoho Land is a theme park located in a place overlooking Hwanghae Sea, Sapgyoho Lake, and Seohaedaegyo Bridge, known for its particularly beautiful night view. Asan Mediterranean Village, also called Blue Crystal Village, is made up of buildings reminiscent of those found in a Mediterranean village. It is particularly interesting because it is housed in the heart of a modern city. The village is divided into two sections, one taking after the Provence in southern France and the other resembling Santorini in Greece. Famous sights include the photo areas of angel’s wings and a lighthouse-shaped red postbox, along with cafés and stores.

Hanil Sikdang has served someori gukbap (beef head meat and rice soup) in front of Sapgyo Station for nearly 70 years. Someori gukbap (beef head meat and rice soup) is a soup boiled with beef head meat, beef offal, radish, and dried radish leaves, using a broth simmered with beef head and bones. The soup is kept boiling in a massive cast iron pot all day long. When a bowl is ordered, the soup is ladled into a hot pot and garnished with meat and green onions. The someori gukbap (beef head meat and rice soup) here is slightly spicy.

Yedangho Suspension Bridge & Musical Fountain (예당호 출렁다리(음악분수))

Yedangho Suspension Bridge opened on April 6, 2019 as the longest suspension bridge in Korea with the length of 402 meters. With the addition of Slow Lake Road in October of the same year, visitors can now enjoy the beautiful scenery even more. There is a sculpture park around the lake, standing in harmony with the white suspension bridge.

A grand musical fountain was installed on April 25, 2020. The fountain is the widest in the nation, and shoots jets of water up 110 meters into the air. The fountain show lasts for 20 minutes, and uses bightly colored LED lights for an exciting performance.

Daeheung Sikdang (대흥식당)

Daeheung Sikdang is an old restaurant that serves great sanchae (wild vegetables) cuisine at the entrance to Sudeoksa Temple, a famous Buddhist temple in Korea. Its signature menu is the dolsot deodeok jeongsik (hot stone pot rice and deodeok set menu), featuring fragrant deodeok and wild vegetable dishes prepared with care. There are other menus on offer, such as beoseot pajeon (mushroom and green onion pancake), ureong chomuchim (sweet and sour freshwater snail salad), dotori bindaetteok (acorn and mung bean pancake), dotorimuk (acorn jelly salad), and sundubu (soft bean curd). Side dishes include jogi gui (grilled yellow croaker), ori barbecue (duck barbecue), and doenjangguk (soybean paste soup).

Gwangdeoksa Temple is said to be established in 637 by Monk Jajang Yulsa during the Silla Kingdom and was refurbished during the reign of King Heungdeok (832). The temple sits in the southeast of Gwangdeoksan Mountain, which borders Asan-si and Cheonan-si, and the southwest of Taehwasan Mountain. It was the biggest temple within Chungcheong and Gyeonggi regions before the Japanese invasion. However, it was burnt down during the Japanese invasion and the main buildings such as Daeungjeon, Myeongbujeon and Cheonbuljeon Halls are relatively new compared to the other original facilities.

Agroland Taeshin Farm was first established during the Quickening period of the Korean dairy farming industry and has been striving ceaselessly for the growth of the livestock industry. It was the first farm in Korea to be certified as a "dairy experience farm" and, since its opening in 2004, it has enabled visitors to experience the farm and its cows and livestock. It offers a pastoral view of green grassland and an experience of being around cows. Visitors can also take part in a variety of dairy experiences as they milk cows themselves in the experience room, feed them grass and food in the green plains and use the milk to make ice cream or shaved ice.
