Korean Modern Music Hall, located at The Korea Soriter Arts Center in Pyeongtaekho Tourist Complex, is the first cultural complex dedicated to modern Korean music, serving as a museum, library, and archive. It has made a name for itself as Korea's representative music institution, bringing together Korean and Western music, modern and contemporary music, as well as the public and the people. It is an organization that arranges various events to help people view and comprehend history in new ways through a perspective of "music" with its collections related to different fields, including anti-Japanese and pro-Japanese music, the independence movement, music instruction, music from North Korea and Japan, and modern pop music.

Surrounded by lush wildlife Bonggoksa Temple is located alongside the northeast valley in Bongsusan Mountain in Namdan, Songak-myeon. Both Daeeungjeon and Hyanggakjeon sit facing east, and to the north, is the large Yosache (residence for Buddhist monks). Behind the residence, an area has been leveled down for a restroom and storehouse. And Samseongak (a building where three saints are worshipped) is situated on top of the mound to the south of the temple. Although Samseongak was constructed in recent years, both Daeungjeon and Yosache are identified in the restored record that was found by Buddhist monk, Seobong in 1891. The temple has gained renown for being the place where Saint Mangong attained his Buddhist awakening and recited Odoseong, the zen poetry in July, 1895.

Onyang Hot Springs is the oldest hot springs complex in Korea, a place where the kings of Joseon (1392-1897) recuperated and bathed, thanks to its proximity to Seoul. In the 1970s and 1980s, it was a popular honeymoon destination. The water here has a temperature of about 44-60℃ and contains substances that are beneficial for the human body. The area boasts a large number of hotels and water parks.

Pyeongtaekho is a lake that flows to the western sea. Pyeongtaekho Art Park is located along side it. Sculptures are spread throughout the park, creating a pleasant atmosphere for visitors to stroll and enjoy the art. The Ji Young-hee Gugak Center and Haegum Bench have been built to commemorate Ji Young-hee's (1909-1980) achievements as a national intangible cultural heritage who pioneered the popularization and globalization of Korean traditional music. The Korea Soriter Arts Center has an outdoor performance hall and a library dedicated to traditional Korean music.

House of Yu Gibang was built in the early 1900s and measures 4,770㎡. As a valuable historical asset, it was designated as a Chungcheongnam-do Folk Culture Heritage on October 31, 2005. The house faces south on a low mountain with a thick pine forest background. A courtyard is at the center of the house, created by the straight line-shaped anchae to the north, the haengnangchae to the west, and a chat room with anchae to the east. Initially, there was a middle gate in front of the anchae, but it was demolished in 1988 and replaced with a pavilion-shaped gate as seen now.
