The stadium was managed by Busan Metropolitan City until 2008, when its management was transferred to the Lotte Giants. Originally designed as a multipurpose venue for sports such as baseball, soccer, and rugby, the stadium is now used exclusively for baseball games. Official merchandise shops are located within the complex near the main entrance and plaza area. On home game days, additional pop-up stores are also open, offering a variety of baseball-related merchandise.

The Namparang Trail, meaning “a path along the blue southern sea,” is a long-distance coastal trail consisting of 90 courses that stretch from Oryukdo Sunrise Park in Busan to the southernmost village of Haenam in Jeollanam-do.
