Because the ride is offered outdoors, operations may be suspended in the case of inclement weather or maintenance, so visitors are advised to check ahead.

The company offers various chartered yacht services at Wangsan Marina in Incheon and the Hangang River in Seoul. Diverse experience programs are available, including workshops, sunset yachting, wedding and proposal events, fishing tours, and yacht parties. In 2021, it was designated as a wellness tourism destination by the Incheon Tourism Organization. The company developed Yacht Nidra, a relaxation and meditation program, a first and only one in Korea.
