The Daegu Chimac Festival celebrates the beloved Korean combination of chicken and beer, a pairing appreciated worldwide thanks to K-dramas. While this combo is enjoyable year-round, it‘s especially delightful on hot summer nights. Known for its scorching summer heat, Daegu, nicknamed “Daefrica” due to its high temperatures, hosts the Chimac Festival every summer.
