It's only a 3-minute walk from the breakwater where many people come to see the first sunrise of the year and a 1-minute walk from Sandglass Park and Jeongdongjin Beach. Besides the beautiful view of the East Sea and the trails along the beach, there are a number of convenient facilities in the vicinity including convenience stores and pharmacies.
