Hantan Pension Area likewise has 5 two-story buildings with the same arrangements. 4-person units have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom each, while the 6-person and 8-person units have two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All buildings have a detached outdoor deck, outdoor table, and parking spaces. 4-person and 6-person units have one parking spot each, while the 8-person units have two. The entire house with a courtyard is rented out in whole, with three rooms, a kitchen, a living room, and two bathrooms. There are a beam projector and a karaoke machine in the house, which makes it popular for family gatherings, corporate training sessions, or club meetings. The house has also been used for traditional marriage ceremonies and outdoor exhibitions. An outdoor barbecue area allows the guests to do some outdoor grilling, but guests can also opt to use the furnace and the traditional cast-iron pot for grilling as well. House of Choi Champan is a hanok stay in Pyeongsa-ri, Akyang-myeon, where the Seomjin River flows down from Jirisan Mountain, Jeollanam-do. The accomodation is in several different configurations: the two-storey Ilyeongjae and Wolyeongjae are both rented out as houses; Yeonhajae and Hoeramjae, which are single-storey with numaru(a raised open floor); while Unrakjae and Hoegyeongjae have several rooms with bathrooms, each rented out. Only the "Hoegyeongjae-1" room is equipped with Numaru. Cooking strong-smelling food in guestrooms is not allowed.

Each room has a restroom, and numaru (raised open floor space), which is also used as an exhibition space for dyed products, functions as a common rest area. The complex also has a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom, and a barbecue area.
The management offers a suite of experience programs for the guests, including herbal foot bath, meditation, bedding making, weaving experience, medicinal food, Korean paper craft, and natural dyeing, each with a small group size of 5 to 10 per session.
